Orders & PaymentsOnline: We accept UPI, Credit/Debit cards, Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD) as per courier availability.Offline: Cash, UPI, or card payments are accepted at the store billing counter.4. Shipping & DeliveryOnline orders are delivered to your provided address within the promised timeframe. The company is not liable for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen natural events.5. 7 Days Return, Refund & Courier Charges PolicyDuration: You can return or exchange products within 7 days from the date of purchase (offline) or date of delivery (online).Applicability: This policy applies to regular apparel, innerwear, accessories, and sale/discounted items.In-Store Exchange: Online purchases can be exchanged directly at our offline retail store without incurring any courier charges.Quality Check (Product Inspection): Refunds or exchanges will only be processed after a strict quality check by our store or quality inspection team. The product must be completely unused, unwashed, stain-free, and returned with its original tags, labels, and the original invoice. Due to hygiene reasons, innerwear will undergo a very meticulous inspection.Courier Charges Rule:If Product Has an Issue: If the product is defective, damaged, or the wrong size/item was shipped, our company will bear the entire delivery/return courier charge.If Product Has No Issue: If there is no defect in the product (e.g., customer changed their mind or selected the wrong size themselves), the customer must bear the entire delivery/return courier charge.Refund Transfer: Upon successful quality clearance, the refund amount will be credited to the customer's original payment mode or designated bank account.6.
